Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a printing defect or visible quality issue, we'll promptly replace the item or provide a refund. To report a quality issue, please email us at support@expertbooks.com with clear photos showing the defect on a flat, well-lit surface. This will help us review and address your concern quickly.

Print-on-Demand Titles: Some book titles are printed on-demand to order. While we make every effort for quick fulfillment, there may be slight delays of up to 2 weeks before these titles can be shipped to you.

Order Cancellations: You may cancel or modify your product order at any time before it enters production by using the link in your order confirmation email. Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds: Refunds are only available for orders with documented quality defects that cannot be resolved through a replacement. For approved refunds:
- PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account within 1 business day.
- Credit/debit card payments will be refunded within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's policies.  

Refunds are not available for membership fees paid for the current period.

Memberships: You may cancel your membership renewal at any time via your account settings page. However, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid membership period with no partial refunds.

Shipping & Duties: For international orders, you may be responsible for paying duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These vary so we cannot estimate them in advance. Please check with your customs office.
